Amanda du-Pont has risen in both the business and entertainment worlds, while Thuli Thabethe is going strong in the entertainment world. Both women are forces to be reckoned with when it comes to acting. The two actresses shared a trailer on their Instagram accounts of a new horror movie they have been featured in. Acting in a horror thriller is fresh waters for Amanda and Thuli, but thy aced their characters as usual.

The movie that the two featured in is called The Domestic and is a horror thriller. The film is about a wealthy couple who, after their housekeeper dies, takes in her daughter as their new househelp.

When they meet at the funeral, they realise that there is something weird about the girl named Blessing. However, after they start living together, events turn dark as she tries to destroy them from within. Blessing, who has a gift from the ancestors, uses it to destroy those close to her.

The production company that made this masterpiece is 33 films. Bradley Katzen is the Director of The Domestic as well as the writer. Tumisho Masha plays the character of Tumi, who is the husband. Thuli Thabethe takes on the role of the wife named Kat. These two are the couple who loses their househelp, and their roles are lead roles. Amanda du-Pont is also a lead character with her role as Blessing, the late househelp’s daughter.

The film is set to be released in South Africa on the 6th of November 2022. The whole movie is said to have been shot in a single location. The film’s entire shooting happened in 14 days, and the production budget is estimated to have been $200 000. The Domestic is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
