Below is Sebasa Mogale’s statement denying the allegations of running a cryptocurrency investment scam.

The purpose of this statement Is to clear allegations made against me regarding the Cryptocurrency business that I am engaged in.

I am a drive time radio show host, actor, MC and businessman who recently became a Network Marketer (with regards to the cryptocurrency business) having been introduced by others. I took it upon myself to do my own due diligence before taking a decision to become a Network Marketer. In all my presentations i.e. physically during roadshows, at offices, via zoom sessions and telephonically, I never Imposed or coerced anyone to sign-up.

In fact, I would encourage everyone to do their own research, especially because I know that not everyone Is familiar with the cryptocurrency industry. I do not own a cryptocurrency mining or trading company, and under no circumstances have I ever claimed to be a cryptocurrency expert, nor promised anyone guaranteed returns on their engagement in the business.

All monies that were put Into the business were directly deposited Into the mining company to purchase mining packages accordingly. Advertisements that were placed on SABC, Thobela FM were accompanied by a clear disclaimer that encouraged listeners to consult financial advisors as I am not a financial expert, nor have I ever claimed to be one.

My research taught me that mining and trading of any cryptocurrency is dependent on market fluctuations (which Is one of the facts that we have always emphasized during all our presentations). Which therefore means whenever the markets drop or rise, everyone will be affected, myself included. It is indeed heartbreaking that currently the value of the mined currencies has dropped, and we are all affected negatively.

Whenever I do presentations, I would give estimations of how the markets were doing at that particular time, still emphasizing that it does not guarantee any future earnings.

Everyone who has signed up for this business has full access to their account which bears clear terms and conditions that state amongst other factors, that earnings are not guaranteed.

During March of 2022, I received an email from Carte Blanche, with a query about the false allegations made against me. I responded to the email with all the details and clarifications stated in this statement and more.
However, due to reasons better known to them, Carte Blanche chose not to share my entire response during their broadcast of Sunday May the 15th 2022.

I place it on record that I have been accessible and remain accessible to all individuals who were introduced to the business by me. There is an existing WhatsApp group where I do my best to give updates.
