Connie Ferguson Finds Love Again

This year’s Valentine’s day was not all rosy for everyone, especially in Mzansi celebville.

For some, Valentine’s fever came with painful memories of lost love and broken relationships.

Thankfully, that was not the case for our darling thespian and producer, Connie Ferguson who lost her husband last year.

The journey of being a widow and single mother to her beautiful children has not been an easy one, she once recalled.

We can only imagine how she felt on her very first Valentine’s Day without her lover Shona Ferguson.

Theirs was a fairytale kind of love that would have made headlines on such a day.

A look into their yesteryears’ Valentine’s can only get us thinking thus far of what the two love-birds would have done for each other on the day.

But as we said, thankfully, the day was not as bad as we would have imagined for our darling thespian who found love again.

She found love in her family and friends who came through for her on her Valentine’s day. She received a bundle of red roses from one popular events designer, Londy Mazwide.

Speaking about love, the actress and business woman had a biblical quote that she felt resonated with her current love situation.

“Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, It does not dishoner others, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrong. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with truth, it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres,” she quoted Corinthians 13 verse 4 to 8 in her instagram post.
